Joining atis Insiders is easy! Just sign up through the atis website or mobile app, and boom—you’re in starting at Level 1 (formerly Blue tier). Start racking up points with every purchase!

Absolutely! We kick things off with a 50-point welcome bonus, just for joining. Consider it a head start toward your first free bowl or plate!

It’s simple: get yourself a bowl or plate and earn points! Every £1 spent = 1 point. As you level up, you unlock bonus points through special events and challenges, making it even easier to stack up rewards.

New perks means new ways to use your points. You can now spend your points to get rewards! Unlike before, your point rewards balance will change as you spend to reflect more accurately how many points you have used and what rewards you can go for. 

Usually, points show up instantly, but if there’s a delay, give it up to 24 hours to appear. If they do not appear after 24 hours, get in touch with us at customersupport@atisfood.com with a picture of your receipt and email linked to your account. 

• Level 1 (0-100 points) – Start earning points (1 per £1 spent)
• Level 2 (100-249 points) – Unlock bonus points through events & challenges
• Level 3 (250 - 449 points) – Access to challenges, flexible rewards & exclusive perks
• Level 4 (450 - 699 points) – Free atis cap! Claim it by heading in-store or by emailing customer support if your nearest atis does not have merch.
• Level 5 (700 - 999 points) – Free atis tee! Claim it by heading in-store or by emailing customer support if your nearest atis does not have merch.

Your rewards are available as long as you have enough credit to redeem them.

Want to cash in multiple rewards in one go? Go for it! Unless stated otherwise, you can redeem more than one at a time.

You can now redeem your rewards in-store by queuing up, or placing your order online via Click+Collect

Your free bowl or plate can be any standard menu item. If you want extras or premium add-ons, those might require extra payment.

Challenges are tasks we set, if you choose to take it on a tasty points bonus awaits you on the other side.

Point events are time periods throughout the year where your points can be worth up to 6 times more (depending on your level). We will give you plenty of time to be ready for these– you won’t want to miss them!

Yep! Click & Collect orders still earn points and let you redeem rewards.

You can grab an atis gift card either in-store or through your atis account by heading to our website, log in to your account and scroll down to find the gift card button.

The yearly reset is your atis insider refresh every year. Your points reset but your level stays so you can start the journey again, but keeping the benefit of being an atis aficionado. It’s a chance to unlock new rewards and stay active in the community. Think of it as a new season with new perks waiting to be earned!

The reset will take place once a year at the same time for everyone on the first week of January.

We reset points each year to keep the programme fair, energised, and meaningful. It helps us recognise your activity on a yearly basis, and ensures the rewards stay relevant and exciting.

Yes, we wouldn’t let the reset creep up on you without warning! You will start to get email communications through email at least two months before the reset happens.
