ATIS WRAPS: HEALTHY WRAPS IN LONDON FOR LUNCH & DINNER

atis Wraps Are Here

Big, bold flavours. Wrapped for ease. From 6 October, atis is launching its first ever wraps range: four new wraps in London, built from the same scratch-cooked ingredients and signature dressings you already know and love from our bowls. They're a permanent addition to the menu. If you've been hunting for healthy wraps in London that actually deliver on flavour, or just a healthy lunch in London that fits around a packed day, this one's for you.

Why atis is doing wraps?

Why a wrap? Because London eats on the move. Between back-to-back meetings, a lap of the park and the walk to the Tube, a bowl isn't always the answer. A wrap is lunch on the go in London without trading flavour for convenience. It works as a grab and go lunch at your desk, and just as well as an easy, healthy dinner in London on the way home.

It all started with the wrap itself. Rather than buying in a standard tortilla, atis developed its own, working through hundreds of iterations to get the texture, size, flavour and stretch exactly right.

"For us, the wrap itself is just as important as what goes inside it," says Eleanor Warder, our co-founder. "We have taken some of the flavours and combinations our customers already know and love, but completely reworked them for this new format. The result is a range that is vibrant, fresh, full of texture, big on flavour, feels good to hold, and unmistakably atis."

The atis wraps menu

Four wraps, each layering mixed greens with atis' signature ingredients and dressings. Three are chicken wraps, and all three land comfortably in high protein wrap territory. The fourth is fully plant-based. Here's what's inside each one and why it works.

Blackened Chicken Caesar

London has spent 2026 obsessing over the chicken Caesar wrap, and this is atis' answer. Smoky blackened chicken brings the depth, Parmesan and Caesar dressing bring salty, creamy richness, and focaccia croutons deliver the crunch every good Caesar needs. Mixed greens keep it fresh. At 33g of protein, it's the most protein-packed chicken wrap in the range, and the one to try first if you're looking for a chicken Caesar wrap in London that goes beyond the classic.

Lemon Herb Chicken Avo

A chicken avocado wrap with real brightness. Herb chicken breast and smashed avo make a creamy, satisfying base, then pickled red onion and sliced radish cut through with sharpness and snap. Lemon oregano dressing ties it together with a Mediterranean lift. Clean, fresh and 24g of protein.

Tahini Sweet Potato Avo

The only vegan wrap in the range, and no afterthought. Miso ginger sweet potato wedges bring sweet, savoury depth. Hummus and avocado make it rich, crispy shallots add crunch, and chopped mint keeps every bite fresh. Tahini dressing pulls it all together. If you've been looking for a vegan wrap in London, or a sweet potato hummus wrap with more going on, start here. It's dairy free too.

Chicken Satay Crunch

Big on texture, as the name promises. Cashew satay dressing brings nutty richness to blackened chicken, while shredded carrots, crispy shallots and pickled red chilli deliver crunch, tang and a gentle kick. Spring onion and coriander finish it off. A chicken satay wrap that's dairy free and packs 30g of protein.

On the side: pitta chips and dip

Launching alongside the wraps is atis pitta chips and dip: fresh, crunchy pitta chips with a cottage cheese ranch dip, the protein-forward take on ranch that's been having a moment. Add it to any wrap or order it on its own. Either way, it's an easy way to turn lunch into a proper spread.

Where to find atis wraps: the London rollout
