Introducing the atis x Olia Hercules Collaboration
Earlier this autumn, we launched a collaboration that brought together flavour, purpose and community. We partnered with chef and author Olia Hercules, whose cooking draws deeply from her Ukrainian heritage and her love for bright, seasonal ingredients, to create a limited edition plate across atis in London.
For us, the collaboration was about more than food. It was about connection to culture, to nourishment, and to each other.
Supporting Superhumans
The collaboration also enabled us to support Superhumans, a not for profit organisation providing prosthetic support and rehabilitation for amputees. Their work restores mobility, dignity and independence: a mission that resonated deeply with our belief in the power of food to strengthen and move together.
Throughout the collaboration, £1 from every plate sold was donated to Superhumans. Together with our community, we raised £3,500 a contribution that helps support life-changing rehabilitation.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in this effort.
The Story Behind the Plate
When developing the dish, Olia, with assistance from atis, drew on her Ukrainian food traditions, pairing leafy greens and grains with bright acidity, herbal depth and soft creaminess. The result was a dish that felt generous, grounded and alive with flavour. It was food as comfort and connection.
What Was in the Plate
This was a bowl built around balance and texture:
- Kefir Herb Chicken - tender, tangy and great for your gut microbiome
- Spinach - fresh and bright
- Power Grains - hearty, high in fibre and grounding
- Vadasz Pickled Cucumber - sharp, punchy, full of personality
- Chopped Dilly Tomato Salad - herb-green freshness
- Omega Seeds - for a crunchy touch
- Herb Yoghurt - creamy, cooling balance
A seasonal ingredients bowl designed to feel both comforting and uplifting.
A Collaboration Shaped by Community
What made this collaboration meaningful wasn’t just the plate, it was the response.
In our tasting event, you came in, you shared meals with friends, you learnt about the charity, you told us what the flavours reminded you of, and you helped contribute to something bigger.
This collaboration demonstrated the best version of what food can do:
- Connect us to culture
- Bring us together around a table
- Make a tangible difference beyond the plate
And for that, we’re grateful.
What Comes Next
This won’t be the last time we work in this way. We’ll continue to collaborate with people and causes that align with what we care about most: ingredient-led food, thoughtful creativity, and community impact.
